Mirai is a third-year student minoring in Food Science. As the Activities Chair, she plans the club social and activities to strengthen the relationships with students and faculty as well as engage and connect students in the Food Science & Technology Department at UC Davis. Some of the events she plans include, student and faculty picnic, student-run Holiday Mixer, NCIFT Holiday Dinner, and Picnic Day events. Her career goal is to work in R&D to create healthy and sustainable food. In her free time, Mirai enjoys cooking, traveling, and hiking.
