Kat is a fourth year Food Science student with a minor in Technology Management. As President, she coordinates club events such as general meetings, guest speaker events, industry tours, and professional workshops alongside her fellow club officers. Her career goal is to work in product development to create sustainable, plant-based foods. In her free time, Kat enjoys photography/videography, traveling, and fermenting food at home.
