Kat is a third year Food Science student with a minor in Technology Management. As the External Relations chair, she maintains the Food Tech Club's social media platforms and reaches out to Food Science faculty and food industry professionals to help arrange guest speaker events, industry tours, and community outreach events. Her career goal is to work in product development to create sustainable, plant-based foods. In her free time, Kat enjoys going for runs, traveling, and experimenting in the kitchen.
