Hi there! My name is Eloise Nicholson and I am the Treasurer of the Food Tech Club. I am a 4th year Food Science major and am so happy to be a part of such an inspiring department. As treasurer, I am responsible for managing the accounts of the club and ensuring we have the funds to offer all members unique opportunities within the Food Science world. I love all things food science, but I am particularly fascinated by fermentation. I enjoy learning about fermentation’s role in human history and about the relationship microorganisms have with our food and bodies.
